We want you to love your CozyThera order. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns work for purchases from ECOM WORLD SERVICE LIMITED.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Conditions

• Items must be unused.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Please include your order number with the return.

How to start a return

Email cozythera@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return instructions within 1 working day.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or we sent the wrong product, contact us with your order number and a photo. The return is on us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
